Am I the only one who does not get this Relay to work with the latest firmware?

No matter how hard I try, it does not work ! My garage door is not working !! Have I missed something

Please check the issues described in the Dokumentation in this section of the board first. Maybe there are some things you can do before.

So there is no solution to make Robonect Relay work with the latest firmware.

I have to switch to Shelly 2.5 and throw away the Robonect Relay ..

Or am I wrong

You are wrong. The Relay also works with the latest firmware.

Please describe what problems you are having when setting up the Relay. A "it does not work" offers very little starting point to help...

Activated garage door, filled in ip number for Relay.

I can activate the Relay via the ip address's web page.

But if I press close or open in robonect, nothing happens.

on Status it says closes! But nothing happens when I click on open or close the garage door.

Thanks for the Screenshots. That looks good so far.

That it still doesn't work, I can't really think of anything. Except that a restart of Robonect is necessary after the initial setup.

Okay, that would have been too easy.

Since I don't have a gate with Relay control, I flashed a Relay this evening, integrated it into the WLAN, entered the IP of the Relay in Robonect and activated it. After a reboot I was able to switch the Relay via Robonect.
I don't know why it doesn't work for you.

Another thing you can try is entering the following commands in a browser in the address bar.

To open:

Code: Alles auswählen

http://192.168.0.246/cm?cmnd=Power%20on

To close:

Code: Alles auswählen

http://192.168.0.246/cm?cmnd=Power%20off

If that works, then I don't know why it doesn't work through Robonect.
If it doesn't work, the fault is probably to be found in the connection to the home network.

There is also an option to try connecting the Relay directly to the Robonect AP to rule OUT any errors that might be related to home network integration.

I use 2 such relays (Passage and Door).
Both relays have the following firmware: Sonoff-Tasmota 6.4.1

Is it a Relay that was bought in the Robonect Shop
or is it a Relay that was obtained over the internet?

There are relays for sale on the internet that will not work without modification.
