Also, the Robonect wifi is always on, even if the robot's main switch is off.

No. In the Service tap of the Robonect menu you can completely shut down Robonect. When You startup the mower in spring, Robonect will also start again.
After this and switching off the main switch of Your mower, I recommend to pull off the batteries inside the mower (100% loading recommended by the manufacture, please see also his advices for winter). But before this all, I recommend to make Screenshots of all Your configurations in Robonect. So in case of loosing them (in case of a necessary factory reset), you'll be able to look for it easily, how they where before Robonect's shutdown for winter.

Is is the option you're talking about ? Because the wifi hotspot is still ON while my robot is OFF.

I would remove the battery but it's not so cold, i can still test new firmwares

Your Screenshot shows one possibility to shutdown Robonect. In my postings before I talked about the menu „Service“ in the robonect part of the robonect menu.
Tip: when the Robonect Webinterface is loaded, hold your cell phone in landscape view, then you’ll see all menu options.
