Xmas is approaching and I have a wish

As discussed in another thread:
Besides the temperature, humidity, and rain intensity constraints for "Wetterpause", I would like to have also the wind factor. So if it too windy (more than xyz m/s) the roboter should not go out or should go back home.
So adding another slider under "Wetterpause"
