Problem with remote access

Hi,
I’m having trouble to connect to mower via https://name.mower.online since a few days. If I use Robonect web interface remote access works and also if I tap in the actual IP address.

What do you mean with „remote access“ exactly working correctly ? A different „remote access“ doesn’t work, you told in the subject?
Does it work or not?

Remote access works via Robonect web interface but not via the Roboconnect app.

So I have the same problem.
If you type in your browser xxxxx.mower.online/json?cmd=version you see that apparently the remote feature (remote REST API) is down not the normal web interface. There is nothing I can do about that. I will inform Fabian about the issue. Hopefully that will resolve in the near future.

The normal ip so not the "remote access" does still work at least for me.

The link works for me. But still not the connection within Roboconnect

Update.
After consultation with Fabian it turned OUT that the Robonect mower.online Service changed internally. In addition I found a bug in the mower adding logic. These circumstances triggered the behavior described by Pappavovve.

I try to push an update this weekend. In the meantime you still should be able to connect to your mower using the IP-Address.
